With over 30 years of diverse industry experience, Pramod N. Fernandes leads the Human Resources function for the Manipal Group, providing strategic direction and leadership across all its enterprises in India and overseas. A transformational HR leader, he has been instrumental in shaping the Group’s people strategy, driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent management while nurturing a culture of performance and purpose aligned with the Group’s long- term vision. His experience spans Aviation, Energy, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, with senior HR leadership roles at Logica, IBM, EMC, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, ABB, and Tata Advanced Materials. Pramod has led large-scale HR transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and change management programs, and brings a holistic perspective from his exposure to business development and project management in multicultural environments. He is a certified CEO and Executive Coach and holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, along with degrees in Science and Law.
Subhasis Mohanty

With over 25 years of experience, Subhasis Mohanty has been a key pillar in The Manipal Group’s financial leadership. Since joining the organisation, he has led strategic initiatives across financial planning, compliance, risk management, and restructuring, enabling business growth and operational efficiency. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the financial operations of TMG and its subsidiaries, ensuring disciplined capital use and long-term value creation. A Chartered Accountant and MBA, Subhasis brings strong financial acumen and business insight to the Group’s leadership team.

Chief of Staff
With more than 26 years of diverse experience in credit management, banking, and strategic leadership, Anand Kudigrama is known for his strategic foresight, operational discipline, and ability to drive large-scale transformation across global organizations. As Chief of Staff at Manipal Technologies Limited (MTL), he leads strategic initiatives, governance frameworks, and business transformation while ensuring operational excellence and effective capital allocation across the Group’s businesses in India and overseas. His career spans leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. and Atlas Logistics Pvt. Ltd., where he rose from Group CFO to Director & CEO, managing global operations and executing cross-border mergers and acquisitions. A Chartered Accountant (FCA) and DISA-qualified professional from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Anand also holds dual postgraduate degrees in Commerce and Psychology from Madras University.
Nagendra Rao T R
Chief Growth Officer
Nagendra Rao, with over 30 years of experience at The Manipal Group Limited since 1989, has led key functions across production verticals, including Security Printing, Commercial Printing, and Paper Cards. In his current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of the organisation, he plays a strategic part in identifying new growth areas, driving global expansion, and shaping scalable business models. His deep industry knowledge and focus on innovation and partnerships are central to TMG’s long-term growth. Nagendra is a Mechanical Engineer from Karnataka University.
Rajesh Shet
Group Business Development Officer
Rajesh brings over 30 years of experience in ITeS, fintech, and financial services. With two decades at TMG, he has played a key role in expanding banking partnerships and launching new business verticals. His diverse experience in identifying growth opportunities, building scalable solutions, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Rajesh continues to drive innovation and strategic partnerships to position TMG at the forefront of the evolving financial services landscape. Rajesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka University.
Arun Bhaskar

With 25+ years of experience in technology, Arun leads the IT function at TMG, including infrastructure, communication systems, and cybersecurity. A diploma holder from Dr. T.M.A. Pai Polytechnic, he has been instrumental in implementing IT standards and security frameworks across group businesses. As the Group’s CISO, he ensures compliance and robust digital infrastructure for new initiatives. Arun's focus on scalability, safety, and resilience helps future-proof TMG’s technology landscape in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
Naveen Saldhana
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer
Naveen brings over 30 years of experience across operations, supply chain, and sales. As Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, he oversees enterprise risk for all TMG businesses and subsidiaries. An engineering graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology, he also completed the VLFM program by CII and JICA. His process-driven approach has helped streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Naveen ensures regulatory compliance and risk resilience in line with the Group’s business objectives.
Girish Kini

With over 26 years at the Manipal Group, Girish has been instrumental in building high-performing businesses in secure print and payment solutions. Since the inception of Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions (formerly MCT Cards & Technology Limited) in 2008, he has played a pivotal role in scaling it into India’s largest payment card manufacturer. His leadership at MPi is marked by technology-driven innovation, operational excellence, and strategic global expansion. A member of ASPA and an alumnus of the Visionary Leader for Manufacturing program, Girish holds a B.E. from Manipal Institute of Technology.
Shashi Ranjan

Shashi brings 25 years of experience in printing and packaging. Since joining MGPS in 1998, he has led transformative initiatives that have grown the business globally. His leadership established MGPS’s Packaging and Labels business among India’s top ten and built the PMS business into the country’s largest. With deep expertise in print technology and market expansion, Shashi continues to drive growth, innovation, and international reach for MGPS across multiple verticals within the printing and publishing domain. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Printing Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology and completed a Senior Executive Programme in Leadership Management at IIM Calcutta in 2022.
Sudhish Rao

With 29 years of experience in the print and manufacturing industry, Sudhish Rao has played a pivotal role in shaping businesses at the Manipal Group. Before taking charge at Westtek, he held senior leadership positions at Manipal Technologies Limited for over two decades. Since founding Westtek, he has transformed it into one of India’s top ink manufacturers and is now expanding into specialized chemicals, including security inks and coatings. His vision is rooted in innovation, high-quality service, and tech-driven manufacturing to meet evolving customer needs and global standards. Sudhish holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
